DUBLIN (29th October 2007)
"Having been home for the weekend, we flew back to Dublin on Monday 29th for the next performance, this time with RTÉ Concert Orchestra. Imelda Dervin looked after us well and I was able to get some tickets for cousins and friends who I then saw after the concert. The National Concert Hall is a great venue and the concert went really well. We sat in on the second half when Ute Lemper sang her cabaret numbers with orchestral arrangements. She was absolutely brilliant, entertaining in a variety of languages and styles. I look forward to being part of her "family" again at some point in the future." Gerry |
