Steve Reich

"I have developed a close working relationship with Synergy since 1996 during which time the group has performed many of my pieces.

I am very particular about the musicians I use. It is vital that the singers use a style which is closer to the non-vibrato manner of early music than to opera, are artistically committed to the work and believe in the importance of the ensemble.

The members of Synergy are experienced, committed performers of my music and I have no hesitation in recommending these singers to you."
